Download AnySpeed for Safari from the App Store. Open it once to see the setup guide. App Storeから「どこでも倍速 for Safari」をダウンロードしてください。アプリを一度開くとセットアップガイドが表示されます。

AnySpeed works on any webpage that contains a video or audio element — YouTube, YouTube Music, Twitch, Vimeo, NHK+, AbemaTV, Niconico, and many more. Three ways: (1) Use the + / − buttons on the overlay bar at the bottom of the page. (2) Tap the toolbar icon in Safari's address bar to open the popup and use the speed slider. (3) If you have a physical keyboard connected to your iPad, press D to speed up and S to slow down.

Some sites (including YouTube) actively monitor and reset the playback rate. AnySpeed detects this and fights back, reapplying your preferred speed. If a site persistently overrides it, the overlay bar shows a warning. You can try enabling Strong enforcement in the extension Settings for better results on those sites. When a YouTube ad starts, AnySpeed automatically fast-forwards it and ends it as quickly as possible using standard browser APIs.
